On the subject of differences in work cultures across different geographical zones of India, Sourav Bandyopadhyay--Dy. CEO, BPHD Co. Ltd., Kolkata says “There are major differences in construction zones. For example, while in the West and the South, you will find a lot of women workers, in the East, and to a lesser extent the North, you will find fewer women workers.
